About the Role

Livepeer needs an outstanding Video Developer Success Manager focused on helping video product managers and engineers build amazing products with Livepeer infrastructure. The role will join our nimble Go-To-Market team to establish and scale our video developer community.

Responsibilities

Own the health and success of our community
Build a community and developer success playbook
Be the first and primary point of contact for the community and developers, including triaging support
Understand developers’ video needs and business goals, then help them understand how Livepeer can help them achieve their goals
Provide API, documentation, and product guidance to technical audiences such as video developers, product managers, and founders
Support our “developer-first” and self-serve sales funnel, support successful renewals, and reinforce product expansions
Work closely as part of Livepeer’s Go-To-Market team to drive adoption, onboarding, value realization, and retention for developers
Speak and write for a developer audience, submit talks, write blog posts, and represent Livepeer at hackathons and conferences
Engage with, learn from, and support Livepeer’s growing community of video developers and enthusiasts
Become a trusted voice and advocate in the world of video
